Personality change after weight loss

A friend of mine recently lost a lot of weight. She's a great person and I supported her all the way but some of our mutual friends just don't want to be around her anymore. They say that she's become really "into herself" and that she's become really judgmental of other people. Unfortunately I do understand what they're saying because I have seen some of this myself but I know that deep down she's still a really good person and I know that she has no idea that she's alienating the people around her. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can try to get her to see this without hurting her feelings? I just want her to feel good about herself without the need to make other people feel bad.

Sorry jenzezchuk, you sound like you're a great friend but this has happened to people I know too and you should probably just walk away. Maybe after she's lost some friends she'll start looking at her own behavior.

Ugh, there's nothing worse than someone who's lost some weight and can't stop going on and on about it. I get it, it's hard, but it's not an excuse to make every conversation revolve around it!
